Shoe Files: Every Shoe You Need for a Successful Back to School

Whether you're headed to class or out to a party, these shoes are definitely a necessity for a successful shoe year!

1. One of the great things about being on a campus is the gym! A cute pair of sneakers is definitely motivation to head to the athletic building. And these are so cute you can wear them to class too!

2. It's definitely an experience when you wake up to pouring down rain and realize you have to walk to class! But it is possible to look put together in a torrential downpour: just get yourself some rainboots!

3. Whether you're headed to a party or just to class, sometimes heels are the way to go! But you'll want something comfortable: you'll be doing lots of walking or standing in these shoes! Opt for something with a wedge heel or a platform. I've found these to be the most comfortable.

4. As summer turns into fall, you'll need a pair of boots to transition with the seasons! These cute booties work with both sundresses and jeans or leggings!

Back to School in Style

On the first day of classes, you want to be comfy, casual, and cute all at the same time. You'll be walking all around campus and never know what may happen in your classes. So what to wear? These outfits are sure to keep you looking cool on your first day. 

Look 1: Classic and Comfortable

I paired this red maxi skirt from Pacsun with this striped crop top from H&M. To stay comfortable all day, I suggest flats, like these flip flops from Billabong. Add a chunky chain necklace and a monochrome backpack to complete the look!

Look 2: Sporty Chic

This look is sassy and sporty. Pair boyfriend jeans, like these from H&M, with a loose baseball tee, like this one from Topshop. Then add some wedge sneakers (I totally love these), a slouchy beanie, and a faux leather cross body bag to complete this relaxed look. 

Look 3: Feminine Details

This look is all about being girly and fun! I paired this chambray cropped top from Tobi with these crocheted shorts from NastyGal. I added lots of gold arm candy and a pretty pink nail polish. The floral sneakers from Forever 21 add a little edge to this flirty look and make walking around campus easy!
